When Nadia and Dave called to arrange another newborn baby photoshoot, I was thrilled to hear the exciting news of them were having another baby! I had photographed their eldest Alfie for them two years earlier and now with Estelle, the newest edition to the family! Like many, covid had slightly delayed things and Nadia patiently waited for the right time to come and we were all excited when the session could finally take place.

Arriving at the house, it was so lovely to see this wonderful family again and meet the gorgeous 10-week-old Estelle. I was greeted with her big booming eyes looking up at me from her bassinet and the most beautiful little smiles! Oh, I couldn’t wait to photograph this baby girl!

We took her upstairs to her beautiful room and begun the session with solo images of her alone. Those gorgeous eyes made her a pleasure to photograph! She just stared at me straight through the lens and melted my heart.

Soon enough it was time to invite Alfie, who’s now a two-year-old big brother which is hard to believe that he was the newborn I photographed the last time I was here! Check out Alfie’s newborn photography session here.

Can’t believe how much you’ve grown, Alfie!!! You’re a big brother now!

Alfie’s playful nature shone through as I asked him questions about his new little sister. Kisses and cuddles made beautiful images and made the whole photoshoot so easy to capture.

I love these newborn photography sessions, as for me it’s all about the connections. Between each person in the family, siblings together and also the parents with their beautiful little creations…

As the session progressed, we got some beautiful shots of the family altogether and continued with some shots of mum with Estelle and then dad with his little girl.

Sometimes we just need to capture those raw family moments that make us giggle a little! As a mother of 2, I totally get this haha…

Nadia and Dave, you have done it again! Just beautiful. There’s so much love in your little family and it’s an absolute pleasure to see your family grow! Thanks so much again for taking me on the journey and having me capture this precious time!
