My goodness! Just look at this sweet, sweet little baby…

Firstly, I just want to say a huge congratulations to Luisa and Mark for welcoming their third absolutely perfect baby into the world. What a beautiful little family you have.

I first heard from Luisa via a recommendation from another client of mine (referral is such a beautiful thing!). From our email conversation, I was immediately drawn to her warmth in her personality and her excitement for baby number three.

Her older two, Alessia, who was 6 years old, and Cristiano, who was 3 years old, welcomed me into the family home all dressed in the most gorgeous little outfits.

Luisa was feeding baby Gigi while I set up my equipment, and of course, there were plenty of stories along the way—this is one of my favourite parts of my job!

The older siblings were telling me about the first week of welcoming their little baby sister and then defaulting into some fun stories about their friends from school and their latest interests.

That special first 5 minutes of the download for a new person entering their home and expecting to know everything—haha, it’s simply the best!

By then, baby Gigi was ready for her newborn photo shoot.

I worked first with her on my beanbag as she laid there with her eyes wide open for most of the session and just looked up at me with those beautiful big eyes.

Soon after, I added her siblings. Whether it’s just hands or full frames of kids, I like to let them lead me here and go from there.

The lighting in my position was incredible, so I asked parents to join us here too, for some group shots of everyone together.

Once I had finished, we moved into the master suite. I love these natural bedroom images so much—the colours in the room and the lighting were perfect!

Here, I made sure that I got lots of combinations and captured all of the connections between the family members: kids only, mum with kids, dad with kids, mum and dad with bubs… How gorgeous are these images?
